Cafenated Earl Grey is a blend of Chinese black tea and Italian bergamot oil. Known as the Copenhagen Blend as it was traditionally sourced from Denmark. It brews a medium-bodied cup with fruity, dry citrus aromatics.
Earl Grey is a versatile tea, at its best in the afternoon or after dinner. Delicious and flavorful plain, it may also be served with sugar and milk. Plus, it makes a wonderful, refreshing iced tea.
Brewing: Loose tea 2 teaspoons, 10 oz boiling water (212° F), steep for 2-3 minutes
